AI化社会が進展するにつれて社会はさらに機能化し表現の可能性やコミュニケーション手段も多様にかつ迅速に拡散ができる時代が到来している。しかしデジタルツインとも呼ばれるこの状況はまだ人間がアナログで作り上げた感性によるネットワークを移植するところまで行ってはいない。言わば原始時代に感性のみで表現された洞窟壁画とは逆に人間は数学的に処理された情報のみで構築された表現のデジタルシェア空間に入り込もうとしているのである。だからこそいま表現者たちはグラデーションに彩られたデジタル処理の及ばない愛ある表現を駆使し弱者を切り取るこの杓子定規な時代を乘り越えようではないか。やさしい人肌の未来をつくる、技術の未来をやさしく包む才能を求めています。

富山市のコンパクトシティ化も進み中心部の景観や交通網も一新され、新しく活気に満ちたスマートな都市の姿が実現しつつある。今求められるのはそこで日々紡がれる市民の活動が生み出す文化のエネルギーである。
それは新しく見たこともないものの創造かもしれないし長い間継承されてきたものかもしれない、そしてまたその全てを優しく抱く母なる富山の大地かもしれない。その希望に満ちたドキュメントを自らの手で写していただきたい。

公式webサイト上の応募フォームに必要事項を記入の上、映像をアップロードしてください。
・複数応募の場合は、応募作品ごとに必要事項を記入して映像をアップロードしてください。
・作品の冒頭に3秒程度、タイトルを挿入してください。（タイトル部分も作品の長さに含みます）
・日本語以外の言語による映像には、日本語の字幕を入れてください。
※映像のアップロードには時間がかかる可能性がありますのでご了承ください。
※映像を収めたDVDの送付をお願いする場合がございます。
※応募フォームに記載する内容に誤りがないか必ず確認し、ご応募ください。
応募者への連絡は、原則E-mailで行います。

・応募者の国籍は問いません。
・市民向けコースにおいては、応募の時点で富山市内に在住または富山市に通勤通学していること。
・応募の時点で18歳未満の応募者は、保護者等の同意を得た上で応募してください。
応募された時点で、保護者等の方も本募集要項に同意したものとみなします。
・応募作品は公序良俗に反しないものに限ります。
・他のコンテストに応募、もしくは受賞した作品も応募できます。
・令和5年（2023年）5月31日以降に完成または公開された作品に限ります。
・応募作品数の制限はありません。
・応募作品は主催者が主体となる事業に使用します。
・各賞に選ばれた場合、授賞式に参加していただきます。
授賞式は令和8年10月31日（土）に開催予定です。（※変更になる場合があります。）
・応募作品は返却しません。
・作品の取扱い等については細心の注意を払いますが、万一の損傷や紛失について、主催者は一切の責任を負いません。
・応募作品の著作権は応募者に帰属しますが、主催者が映像大賞の周知・宣伝及び関連イベント等 のため、無償で上映、複製、公衆送信（放送）、自動公衆送信（公式webサイト、動画配信サービス等での公開）、印刷、展示等できるものとします。主催者は、同目的のために応募作品を、無償かつ自由に使用できるものとします。応募作品を編集して利用する場合もございますので、応募者は、応募作品に関する著作者人格権の不行使に同意するものとします。
・応募者は、応募作品の利用を自由に許諾できる権限を有することが必要です。
・作品中に使用される美術、映像、写真、及び音楽等については、必ず著作権者の許諾を得た上で応募してください。仮に第三者から権利侵害、損害賠償等の主張がなされた場合、応募者が自らの責任で対処することとし、主催者は一切の責任を負いません。
・応募作品は、富山映像大賞運営事務局にて保管します。
・上映等の都合上、高品質のデータの提供をお願いする場合があります。
・審査結果や経緯についての個別のお問い合わせにはお答えできません。
・二次審査通過者へのみ、授賞式の案内を通知いたします。また、公式webサイト上に選考結果を掲載いたします。
・受賞に関する諸手続きについては、受賞者に別途ご案内いたします。
・応募者は、作品を応募した時点で本募集要項に記載されている内容に同意したものとします。
富山映像大賞運営事務局では、本映像大賞における個人情報保護の考え方を次のとおりと定め、これを遵守することにより、個人情報の漏洩、流用、改ざん等の防止に細心の注意を払います。

【第三者への開示・提供】
応募者の個人情報をご本人の同意なく利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内における業務委託先以外の第三者に開示・提供いたしません。ただし、人命、身体または財産の保護のために開示の必要が有り、ご本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合、また法令により個人情報の開示が求められた場合はこの限りではありません。

As AI-driven society continues to advance, our world becomes ever more functionalized, with possibilities for expression and means of communication diversifying and spreading at unprecedented speed. Yet this reality—often called the “digital twin”—has not yet reached the point where the analog networks forged by human sensibility have been fully transplanted
into it.
In a sense, it is the exact opposite of the cave paintings our ancestors created in primitive times using nothing but raw emotion: humanity is now stepping into a digital sharing space built exclusively from mathematically processed information.
That is precisely why, right now, we creators must wield loving expressions rich with gradations that digital processing can never reach. Let us overcome this rigid, cookie-cutter age that mercilessly cuts away the weak and the vulnerable.
We are looking for talent that can build a future warm with human skin—talent capable of gently enveloping the future of technology itself.
② For All Backgrounds: "Hope"
Toyama City’s compact city transformation is steadily advancing, with the central district’s streetscapes and transportation networks being completely renewed, gradually realizing the image of a vibrant, smart, and energetic city. What is needed now is the cultural energy generated by the daily activities and lives of the citizens who weave their stories there.
It may be the creation of something entirely new that no one has ever seen before, or it may be something that has been passed down for generations. And it may even be the nurturing earth of Toyama itself—the motherland that gently embraces all of it. I want you to capture this hope-filled documentary with your own hands (through your own lens).

【How to Apply】
Please fill in the required information on the entry form on the official website and upload your film.
- If submitting multiple works, please cpmplete the required information and upload your video seperately for each entry.
- Insert a title card of approximately 3 seconds at the beginning of your film. (The title card is included in the total running time.)
- For films in languages other than Japanese, please include Japanese subtitles.
*Uploading the video may take some time depending on file size and internet connection.
*In some cases, we may ask you to mail a DVD copy of your film.
*Please double-check that all information entered in the application form is correct before submitting. ALl communication with applicants will be conducted via email.
Free (All costs incurred in preparing and submitting the entry shall be borne by the applicant.)
・Open to all (professionals, amateurs, indivisuals, groups and corporations).
・No Nationality restrictions
・For the All Backgrounds' Category, applicants must reside in Toyama City or commute to work/school in Toyama City at the time of application.
・Applicants under 18 years of age must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before submitting. By Submitting, it is deemed that the parent/guardian has also agreed to these guidelines.
・Works must not violate public order or morals.
・Works that have been entered in or awarded at other contests are also eligible.
・Only works completed or made public on or after May 31, 2023 are eligible.
・There is no limit on the number of entries per applicant.
・Submitted works may be used in projects organized or operated by the organizer.
・Winners of each award are required to attend the award ceremony.
The award ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, October 31, 2026 (Subject to change).
・Submitted works will not be returned.
・While the organizer will handle all works with the utmost care, the organizer assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any accidental damege, loss or other incidents.
・Copyright of submitted works remains with the applicant. However, the organizer shall have the non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to screen, duplicate, broadcast, make available for transmission (including posting on the official website, video streaming services, etc.), print, exhibit, or otherwise use the works free of charge for the purposes of promotion, publicity, and related events of the Toyama Video Grand Prize. The organizer may also edit the works for such purposes. By submitting, applicants are deemed to agree not to exercise their moral rights with respect to such use.
・Applicants must possess full authority to grant the above usage rights for their submitted works.
・Applicants must obtain prior permission from all relevant rights holders for any artwork, video, photographs, music, etc., used in the work. Should any third-party claims (including claims of infringement or demands for damages) arise, the applicant shall resolve them at their own responsibility and expense. The organizer shall bear no liability whatsoever.
・Submitted works will be stored at Management Secretariat of the Toyama Media Art International Triennale.
・In some cases, we may request submission of high-quality data for screening or other purposes.
・We cannot respond to individual inquiries regarding the screening process or results.
・Only finalists who pass the second round of screening will be notified about the award ceremony. Results will also be posted on the official website.
・Details regarding award procedures will be communicated separately to winners.
・By submitting a work, the applicant is deemed to have fully agreed to all terms stated in these guidelines.
